Private coaching creates space to slow a skill down, practice a foundation, and give an athlete focused feedback. Jo begins by speaking with the parent or guardian about the athlete’s level, goals, and current training environment.

For parents and guardians
A parent or legal guardian must submit the inquiry and participate in arranging coaching for any athlete under 18.
A session may focus on age-appropriate movement fundamentals, technique, coordination, strength, body awareness, and sport-relevant practice based on the athlete’s current level and the parent’s goals.
Yes. Private coaching can complement an athlete’s team, club, or individual sports practice, but the right setup depends on the athlete and family. Jo will discuss goals and expectations with the parent or guardian before scheduling.
The parent or guardian begins the inquiry, discusses goals and expectations with Jo, and remains the responsible adult for arranging the coaching relationship.
