Your first session

Start with a clear picture of where you are.

Jo will ask about your goals, current activity, preferences, and any movement guidance you have received from a healthcare professional. Together, you will identify a comfortable place to begin.

Personal training is fitness coaching, not medical care or physical therapy. If your situation calls for medical clearance, please speak with your qualified healthcare provider before beginning.

The goal

More confidence in the movements that make your life yours.

Strength for today. Capacity for what comes next.
